‘artation is a wonderful concept for networking and promoting teamwork at any event. Tracey helped our ideas develop to the next level. The end product was not just the wonderful paintings, but the enjoyment and connection between all involved. She facilitated the special bond we were aiming to achieve, celebrating our uniqueness and unity.’
“Congratulations Tracey on a well organised and very successful artation event. Most of the participants chose this activity because it was something they wouldn’t ordinarily do. The staff thoroughly enjoyed the session and all came away with a great sense of achievement. Their artistic masterpieces were proudly placed on display during the conference for the rest of the organisation to admire. Thank you for your flexibility in accommodating the varying levels of experience.”
I have had the pleasure of working with Tracey Miller in an art workshop. All the participants were encouraged to participate and experiment with their art work. It was fun, stimulating and above all, gave me an opportunity to express myself in a new and creative way. I would recommend this concept for any organisation looking for a unique avenue to communicate with their staff, develop a team culture or just to have some fun.
Tracey Miller has brought art into the lives of aged care residents by painting large murals in the dining room of our hostel in Burradoo. She has transformed blank walls into a living scene for the enjoyment of the residents, staff and visitors. Not only did the residents enjoy watching the trompe l’oeils being painted but now enjoy long-lasting scenes which brings them into a world of fascination and remembrance.

I’ve been attending art workshops with Tracey Miller since I retired. The focus of the workshops is to learn and develop artistic skills. Tracey provides an environment in which students feel confident to critique each others work and give constructive feedback. Her collaborative approach, combined with her excellent communication skills enable students to produce work through a team effort. Each student attains their personal goals. These tools, used in a structured conference session, would guide professionals working in teams to identify their goals and produce a visual record to take back to the workplace.Ann Schiller (RN,BN,MCN)
